General information:
- the rates are for accommodation, per day, vat included;
- the rates do not include city tax;
- there aren’t allowed reimbursements for early departures.
Cancellation policy:
- cancellations up to 60 days prior arrival the refund will get the 70% of the deposit paid;
- cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior arrival the refund will get the 50% of the deposit paid;
- cancellations done with 29 days or less prior arrival will pay the total amount of the stay;
- in case of early departure the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
